A Gift For Claire or Mommy?

We bought one of Claire's Christmas gifts early. This child loves to play outside. One of her favorite things is to go to the park so she can "WING" (translated, "SWING!") After much debate, we decided it would be a good idea to get some sort of outdoor play equipment for Claire so that in the first several weeks after Sarah arrives, she can still play happily without my having to trek out to the park each day. So I, being ever the bargain shopper, started searching out used sets on Craigslist and quickly found this:



It actually came with two swings--1 toddler and 1 regular, but Claire was getting frustrated with the regular swing. She wanted to try it out but kept falling off. We finally decided to remove the "forbidden fruit" and just hang the toddler one in the middle until she is ready for the bigger one.

This set is wonderful! Oh how she loves it! She would spend all day out there if possible. It is even better when a friend comes over. Here Claire is with one of her church friends. They had so much fun playing and it left the mommies free to sit on the porch and visit!! Which leaves me to wonder who this gift is really for . . . Claire or Mommy.
